One Piece EB-05, Extra Booster: ONE PIECE Heroines Edition vol.2, is listed for 30 October 2026 on Bandai’s English One Piece Card Game site, and for 31 October 2026 on the Japanese and Asia English pages. Bandai calls it the second Extra Booster featuring Heroines, with 75+2 card types in total.
This post sticks to those official pages: regional dates, what an Extra Booster is, confirmed contents and rarities, and how English differs from Japanese and Asia English.
EB-05 release dates by region
Bandai publishes separate English, Japanese and Asia English pages. The dates are close, but not the same.
| Region (official page) | Release date | Weekday |
|---|---|---|
| English (en.onepiece-cardgame.com EB-05) | 30 October 2026 | Friday |
| Japan (onepiece-cardgame.com EB-05) | 31 October 2026 | Saturday |
| Asia English (asia-en.onepiece-cardgame.com EB-05) | 31 October 2026 | Saturday |
Singapore collectors often see Asia English One Piece Card Game product, but these pages do not list a separate Singapore street date. Match the edition on the pack to the matching official page.
What is an Extra Booster?
Numbered One Piece Card Game Booster Packs use codes such as OP-18. Extra Boosters are a separate Bandai booster line with EB codes. On the EXTRA BOOSTER: Memorial Collection [EB-01] page, Bandai called it “the first Extra Booster” and said those cards were designed to strengthen previously released decks.
For EB-05, the English page styles the set as EXTRA BOOSTER: ONE PIECE HEROINES EDITION vol.2 [EB-05] and calls it “the second Extra Booster featuring Heroines”. Bandai’s Next Plan Presentation 2026 Updates (19 June 2026) says the set includes characters from the anime ONE PIECE HEROINES, a series that showcases the charms of the One Piece heroines, with release then scheduled for 30 October 2026.
Extra Boosters are still sealed packs with random cards. Bandai’s EB-05 pages note that multiples of one card may appear, and assembling a full set can be difficult.
What’s in EB-05: card types and rarities
All three official EB-05 pages list 75+2 card types. That is the set size Bandai publishes today; we are not guessing which cards make up the “+2”.
On pack size, the Japanese page says one pack holds 6 cards, and the Asia English page matches that. The English product details we checked on 16 October 2026 list 75+2 types but do not state cards per pack, so we do not invent an English pack size.
The English page lists rarity classes (Commons, Rares, Super Rares, Secret Rares, Leaders, Special Cards, DON!! Cards) without counts. Japanese and Asia English pages publish matching counts:
| Rarity (JP / Asia English) | Types |
|---|---|
| Leader | 7 |
| Common | 29 |
| Rare | 21 |
| Super Rare | 9 |
| Secret Rare | 1 |
| Special | 8 |
| DON!! | 2 |
No full EB-05 card list was on the official English card list pages we checked today, so we are not naming chase cards or specific Leaders. When a list goes live, compare any card with the printed set code and number on that official list. For general checks when looking at singles from any seller, see our guide to spotting fake trading cards, which covers One Piece alongside Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh!.
English vs Japanese and Asia English
- Same set identity: Extra Booster: ONE PIECE Heroines Edition vol.2 [EB-05] on English and Asia English; the Japanese page uses the matching title with 【EB-05】.
- Same type count: 75+2 on all three pages.
- Dates: English on 30 October 2026; Japanese and Asia English on 31 October 2026.
- Pack size and rarity counts: on the Japanese and Asia English pages only, in the details we verified.
The English page also says cards in this product are tournament legal after 7 days, and tournament legal from the pre-release date in your region. That is Bandai’s regional rules wording, not a local event calendar.
FAQs
When does EB-05 come out?
Bandai’s English One Piece Card Game page lists Extra Booster: ONE PIECE Heroines Edition vol.2 [EB-05] for 30 October 2026. The Japanese and Asia English pages list 31 October 2026. Use the date on the official page for the edition you mean, because English and Japan or Asia English differ by one day.
What is an Extra Booster?
An Extra Booster is Bandai’s EB-coded booster line for the One Piece Card Game, separate from numbered Booster Packs such as OP-18. Bandai called Memorial Collection [EB-01] the first Extra Booster and said it was designed to strengthen previously released decks. EB-05 is styled as the second Extra Booster featuring Heroines.
How many cards are in EB-05?
Bandai’s English, Japanese and Asia English EB-05 pages all list 75+2 card types in total. The Japanese and Asia English pages also break rarities into Leader 7, Common 29, Rare 21, Super Rare 9, Secret Rare 1, Special 8 and DON!! 2. The English page names those rarity classes without counts.
Is EB-05 the same in English and Japanese?
They share the EB-05 set code and the same 75+2 type count on Bandai’s pages. Release dates differ by one day: 30 October 2026 in English, 31 October 2026 in Japanese and Asia English. Pack size and rarity counts appear on the Japanese and Asia English pages; the English page does not state pack size in the details we verified.
How many cards are in an EB-05 pack?
The Japanese page says one pack holds 6 cards, and the Asia English page matches that wording. The English EB-05 details we checked on 16 October 2026 list 75+2 types but do not give a cards-per-pack figure, so we only state the pack size where Bandai published it.
When are EB-05 cards tournament legal?
Bandai’s English EB-05 page says the cards are tournament legal after 7 days, and notes they are tournament legal from the pre-release date in your region. Check official rules and local organiser listings for your area rather than assuming a local event calendar.
