Damaged or wrong item
Message us within 7 working days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
Change of mind
We don’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, including unopened items, so please check the item, language and edition before you buy. Opened booster packs and boxes can’t be returned in any case. You can still cancel a pre-order for a full refund before it ships.
