Yu-Gi-Oh! Creation Pack 13: Asian-English Release Date and What We Know

Yu-Gi-Oh! Creation Pack 13 releases on 10 October 2026, a Saturday, according to Konami’s Asia product page, which lists it under Concept/Special Packs. It is an English Edition for Asia product, often called Asian-English, which makes it part of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Official Card Game (OCG) rather than the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game (TCG). Here’s what Konami has confirmed so far, what it hasn’t, and what the OCG label means for your deck.

Creation Pack 13 release date

Konami gives one date for the pack, and its official card database agrees. Yu-Gi-Oh! Neuron, Konami’s official OCG card database, has a Creation Pack 13 page in its English (Asia) view with a release date of 10 October 2026 and the note “Coming Soon”. Neuron’s English (Asia) pack list also shows a second entry on the same day.

Here is how Konami lists the two entries:

Product (as Konami lists it) Category Release date
Creation Pack 13 Concept/Special Packs (Konami Asia); Booster Packs (Others) (Neuron) Sat 10 Oct 2026
Creation Pack 13 +1 Bonus Pack Booster Packs (Others) (Neuron) Sat 10 Oct 2026

Konami lists a date only, with no release time and no separate Singapore date. Shop timing can vary, so check with your local shop for its own plans rather than assuming every store will have it first thing on Saturday.

Is Creation Pack 13 OCG or TCG?

It is OCG. Neuron describes its Creation Pack 13 page as a list of Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG cards contained in the pack, and the pack is tagged “EN” on Konami’s Asia products page, which the Asia site introduces with “Discover all the Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG Products”.

That matters because the two formats don’t mix in TCG play. Konami’s European card legality page for the TCG is direct: cards printed in Japanese, Korean, Chinese or “Asian English” (ie: Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG cards) “can only be played in Asian territories and are not legal for use in Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG events.” The English text on an Asian-English card doesn’t make it a TCG card.

Asian-English and Japanese cards in OCG events

Within Asia, the rules depend on the event. Konami Asia’s Ranking Tournament 2026 page splits its events into two divisions:

  • OCG tournaments: Japanese, English Edition for Asia (World Premiere Cards excluded) and Traditional Chinese cards. Konami defines World Premiere Cards as cards that have not been released in Japanese products.
  • English Edition for Asia Limited tournaments: English Edition for Asia cards only.

Konami’s page also says to consult each store for participation conditions, so check the rules for any event with its organiser before you build.

What Konami has confirmed so far, and what it hasn’t

As of 8 October 2026, Konami’s official pages confirm:

  • the name, Creation Pack 13
  • the release date, 10 October 2026
  • that it is an English Edition for Asia OCG product, listed under Concept/Special Packs
  • a separate Creation Pack 13 +1 Bonus Pack entry with the same date

Konami’s product image on the same page shows a box of 15 packs with a first-run limited edition +1 Bonus Pack, and 5 cards per pack. What Konami’s pages don’t show yet is the contents. Neuron’s Creation Pack 13 page lists no cards, and the database says card information becomes available from the release date. So the card list, card count, the name of the cover card, rarities and what goes into the +1 Bonus Pack are not on any Konami page we could check.

Fan sites have posted card lists and set details ahead of release, but Konami hasn’t confirmed them on its own pages, so we’re leaving them out of this post. Once Neuron shows the full list on release day, that’s the place to check card names and the official rules for each card.

The Creation Pack series so far

Creation Pack 13 is the 13th entry in an Asian-English series that started in 2023. Neuron’s English (Asia) pack list gives these release dates, and every pack also has a “+1 Bonus Pack” entry on the same day:

Pack Release date
Creation Pack 01 25 November 2023
Creation Pack 02 3 February 2024
Creation Pack 03 9 March 2024
Creation Pack 04 27 April 2024
Creation Pack 05 10 August 2024
Creation Pack 06 25 January 2025
Creation Pack 07 12 April 2025
Creation Pack 08 14 June 2025
Creation Pack 09 27 September 2025
Creation Pack 10 10 January 2026
Creation Pack 11 11 April 2026
Creation Pack 12 11 July 2026
Creation Pack 13 10 October 2026

In 2026 the packs have arrived roughly every three months, in January, April, July and now October. Konami hasn’t announced a Creation Pack 14 on the pages we checked, so we won’t guess at one.

Asian-English Forbidden and Limited List

If you’re planning to build with new cards from the pack, check the current list first. Konami’s Asia site posted its October 2026 Forbidden and Limited List on 28 September 2026, and Neuron’s English (Asia) Forbidden & Limited List shows a status update dated 1 October 2026.

FAQs

When is Yu-Gi-Oh! Creation Pack 13 released?

Creation Pack 13 releases on Saturday 10 October 2026. That is the date on Konami’s Asia product page and on Konami’s official Neuron card database, which also lists a Creation Pack 13 +1 Bonus Pack for the same day. Konami gives no release time or separate Singapore date, so check with your local shop for its own timing.

Is Creation Pack 13 Asian-English OCG or TCG?

It is OCG. Creation Pack 13 is an English Edition for Asia product, and Konami’s Neuron database lists its contents as Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG cards. The cards are printed in English, but they belong to the Official Card Game played in Asian territories, not the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game, and Konami’s European TCG legality page says Asian-English cards are not legal for use in TCG events.

Can I use Asian-English cards in Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG tournaments?

No. Konami’s European TCG card legality page says cards printed in Japanese, Korean, Chinese or Asian English, which are Yu-Gi-Oh! OCG cards, can only be played in Asian territories and are not legal for use in Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG events. Creation Pack 13 is an Asian-English OCG product, so its cards fall under that rule.

Can I mix Asian-English and Japanese cards in one deck?

It depends on the event. Konami Asia’s Ranking Tournament 2026 rules allow Japanese, English Edition for Asia (World Premiere Cards excluded) and Traditional Chinese cards in its OCG tournaments, while its English Edition for Asia Limited tournaments accept English Edition for Asia cards only. Check the supported languages on Konami Asia’s official page for each event before you build.

Has Konami published the Creation Pack 13 card list?

Not yet, as of 8 October 2026. Konami’s Neuron database shows the Creation Pack 13 page as “Coming Soon” with no cards listed, and says card information becomes available from the release date. Fan sites have posted lists, but Konami hasn’t confirmed them, so check Neuron on release day for the official card list.
