One Piece Card Game OP-18 The Dominance of God comes out on Friday 20 November 2026 in English, and on Saturday 21 November 2026 in Japanese and Asia English. It is the 18th booster pack, built around Water Seven and the Holy Knights of God, with 127+1 card types. Here is what the official sites have confirmed so far, and what they have not.
OP-18 release dates by edition
Each edition has its own official page, and the dates differ by a day.
| Edition | Release date | Official source |
|---|---|---|
| English | Friday 20 November 2026 | en.onepiece-cardgame.com |
| Japanese | Saturday 21 November 2026 | onepiece-cardgame.com news, 25 September 2026 |
| Asia English | Saturday 21 November 2026 | asia-en.onepiece-cardgame.com |
Singapore falls under the Asia English edition, so 21 November is the date most local collectors will note. If you are weighing up which language to collect, our guide to Japanese, Asia English and English cards explains the differences.
What OP-18 is about
The official English page sums it up in one line: “The 18th Booster Pack features Water Seven and the Holy Knights of God!”
That pairs two very different parts of the story. Water Seven is the shipbuilding city arc from the Straw Hats’ earlier voyage, while the Holy Knights of God belong to the much newer World Government side of the story. The English page’s headline frames the set as “The World Government’s Greatest Power Has Arrived”.
New characters making their card debut
Both the English and Asia English pages name two characters who appear in the One Piece Card Game for the first time:
- Saint Gunko
- Saint Shamrock
Beyond those two names and the two themes, Bandai has not published a full card list on the product pages we checked. We won’t guess at leaders, chase cards or rarities until the official card list goes up.
How many cards are in OP-18?
The product pages list 127+1 types in total. The official pages do not explain what the “+1” card is, so we will wait for the card list rather than guess.
The Asia English page also confirms 6 cards per pack. Neither page lists the number of packs in a box, so we have left that out.
Bandai adds its standard notes: multiples of one card may appear, it may be difficult to assemble a full set, and the illustration may differ slightly from the final product.
Japanese title and naming
The Japanese name is ブースターパック 神ã®æ”¯é…ã€OP-18】, which translates as “Booster Pack: The Dominance of God”. The English and Asia English pages style the product as “BOOSTER PACK -THE DOMINANCE OF GOD- [OP-18]” (Asia English uses “The Dominance Of God”). In everyday collector talk, most people simply call it OP-18.
What we will update
This is a “what we know” post, so expect changes. We will update it when:
- the official card list is published
- any edition’s release date changes
- Bandai confirms more characters or product details
If you collected the last extra booster, our EB-05 Heroines Edition Vol.2 post covers that set.
Before the release: looking after new cards
New sets mean new binders. Singapore’s humidity is hard on cards, so if you plan to keep OP-18 pulls in good condition, sleeve them early and store them away from damp corners.

Yes, by one day. The English edition is dated Friday 20 November 2026, while the Japanese and Asia English editions are dated Saturday 21 November 2026. Dates can differ by region, so check the official page for the edition you collect.
Which OP-18 edition will Singapore collectors see?
Singapore is covered by the Asia English edition of the One Piece Card Game, which releases on Saturday 21 November 2026. Japanese cards are also widely collected here. Both editions share the same 21 November date, so local collectors should plan around that day rather than the English date.

Not on the official product pages we checked on 29 October 2026. Only the themes, the card count and the two debuting characters, Saint Gunko and Saint Shamrock, are confirmed. We will update this post when Bandai publishes the full card list, rather than guessing at leaders or chase cards.
