Original graphic of a cooking pot, plates, a small sailing ship and a handheld console for ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet

ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet comes to Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 on Thursday 22 October 2026 in Singapore, according to Nintendo Singapore’s pages for the Switch version and the Switch 2 version. Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia gives the same console date, with the PC version on Steam following on 23 October. In the US and Europe, Bandai Namco’s pages say 23 October 2026.

It’s a pixel-art restaurant management sim developed by Kairosoft, where you help the Straw Hat Crew turn the Baratie Number Two into the best floating restaurant on the seas.

ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet release date by region

The one-day gap is regional. Here is what each official page says as of 18 October 2026.

Region (official page) Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 PC (Steam)
Singapore (Nintendo Singapore) Thu 22 Oct 2026 Not covered by Nintendo
Asia (Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia) Thu 22 Oct 2026 Fri 23 Oct 2026
Japan (Japanese official site) Thu 22 Oct 2026 Fri 23 Oct 2026

Europe and UK (Bandai Namco Europe, Nintendo UK) Fri 23 Oct 2026 Fri 23 Oct 2026

None of these pages gives an unlock time for Singapore, so we won’t guess one. Nintendo also notes that offer details can vary with your Nintendo Account’s country setting, so check the game’s page in the Nintendo eShop on your console.

Nintendo Switch or Switch 2: which version?

Nintendo Singapore has separate pages for the two versions, both dated 22 October 2026, and both support TV, tabletop and handheld modes. The Japanese official site says the Switch 2 version is sold separately and there is no upgrade path from the Switch version, so it’s worth choosing your version up front.

The same site’s spec table for the Japanese release puts the Switch 2 version at up to 3840 x 2160 in TV mode and 1920 x 1080 in tabletop and handheld modes, against 1920 x 1080 and 1280 x 720 on Switch. Both run at up to 30fps.

For language, Nintendo Singapore shows English, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Thai among the supported languages for both versions, along with several European ones.

What kind of game is ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet?

Bandai Namco calls it a management sim, and it’s single-player. In Japan it’s titled ONE PIECE 海のごちそうレストラン, and the ONE PIECE.com announcement describes it as a pixel-art management sim made in collaboration with Kairosoft.

The Japanese official site sets the story in a One Piece world that’s a little different from usual. A fake Baratie has appeared at sea, and Patty and Carne set out after it but have to abandon the voyage. Luffy and Sanji, together with you (a stowaway on Patty and Carne’s ship), then open a second Baratie to take on the fake. Nintendo’s description casts you as a new staff member working alongside the Straw Hat Crew.

What you actually do, per Bandai Namco America’s game page:

  • Cook with Sanji. Take ideas from characters, choose ingredients and create dishes, then arrange them into meal sets. Familiar dishes such as Water-Water Meat BBQ and Sea King Penne Gorgonzola appear, along with special creations inspired by Devil Fruit powers.
  • Decorate the restaurant. Pick from over 200 furniture, building and decorative items, including dessert-themed Whole Cake Island pieces and futuristic Egghead items. If a character likes your design, they may become a regular.
  • Serve a huge cast. More than 400 One Piece characters appear as staff and customers in a pixel style, which Bandai Namco says is a first for a game, with special character interactions along the way.

PC, mobile and physical copies

The Steam version lands on 23 October in every region we checked: Asia, Japan, the US and Europe.

App Store and Google Play versions are announced too, but the Asian mobile date isn’t consistent. Japan’s official pages and Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia’s June announcement give 23 October, while the social posts shown on Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia’s homepage say 22 October for App Store and Google Play. Until that’s settled, check the App Store or Google Play page on your phone.

On physical copies, Bandai Namco’s Japanese announcement on ONE PIECE.com mentions a Nintendo Switch 2 package version in Japan. In Singapore, both Nintendo pages show the sales method as digital games as of 18 October 2026, and Bandai Namco America’s page describes a Digital Standard Edition. No official physical release for Singapore has been announced on the pages we checked, so we won’t promise one.
